I do this because it feels great, it gives me confidence, it's good for me and it brings me happiness ♥ I used to weigh 145lbs, and my current weight is 125ibs.
I do POP pilates, Zumba, Winsors plates, Jillian Michaels 6 weeks six pack and Insanity. I don't diet, I just try to control when and how much I eat, and I am not at all done. Feel free to ask me anything. Unanonymous questions will be answered privately.
